Chipboard is available in a number of densities:
P1 - Standard Grade
P2 - Furniture Grade
P3 - Moisture Resistant
P4 - Flooring Grade
P5 - Moisture Resistant
P6 - Heavy Duty
All grades of chipboard except the high-density variety tend to soak up water. Once it is water logged, chipboard tends to swell and breakdown.

We pride ourselves in being one of the very few timber merchants in the area who can cut a profile to match your existing skirting board/architrave for instance. Just bring in a sample of your old skirting board and we will match it!
We also offer a general cutting service.
We have a well stocked DIY shop for all of our customers whether DIY or trade with products ranging from screws to paint and from tape measures to door hinges!
